Birth Doula Packages
Whether you need help communicating with your provider, have questions about pregnancy and those early newborn days, or need help when you can’t decide what laboring position to be in, we are here for you!
We bring a range of tools, experience, and evidence-based knowledge to help you through the entire process of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Each package is tailored to your individual needs but includes the following:
Prenatal visits where we get to know you, your birth goals, and make preparations for labor and birth
Full support during labor (no extra fees for long labors!)
24/7 phone, text, and email support
1-2 postpartum check-in visits, typically done at 1 week and 6 weeks postpartum

Looking for someone to help you put together a birth plan? Want some insight and guidance from a seasoned doula without committing to a full doula package?
This is your chance to ask all the questions and gather some resources to help you feel more confident for birth.

The weeks and months following birth are often forgotten when preparing for a new baby, but these are some of the most important times for you and your baby.
Let us help you come up with a supportive plan for the 4th trimester so you are not caught by surprise and can focus on your rest, recovery, and bonding with your new baby.

Nesting Party
We are excited to offer this new service!
A Nesting Party is a gathering of close family and friends to celebrate the parents-to-be and help them get ready for baby’s arrival. Everyone comes together to help wash and dry baby clothes, help setup mom and baby stations, put meals in the freezer, etc.
Our goal is to help you prepare for postpartum in a practical, fun, community-oriented way!
